2022 sees the Grundy Educational Trust celebrating its 40th anniversary of supporting post-graduate students at British Universities. Since its inception the Grundy Educational Trust has made financial awards of more than £780,000 to help post-graduate students from all backgrounds to pursue their educational dreams. The Trust was founded by the Grundy family which was determined to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people and to facilitate their lasting impact in important areas of science, technology and engineering by helping them access and complete post-graduate studies in a wide variety of STEM subjects. Over the years, the Trust has helped hundreds of students from all backgrounds, to pursue their dreams and to make a positive difference to society.
Daughter of the founders, Trust Secretary and Trustee, Alicia Hardy said: “I am very proud that the Grundy Educational Trust has been able to support so many students over the years. It is testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of the students and the Trustees that the Trust has been able to offer such a significant amount of financial support to post-graduate students.”
The Grundy Educational Trust is committed to continuing its support for post-graduate studies in the coming years, and, through its nominated universities, is actively seeking new applicants for the new academic year.
